Heartsaver® First Aid | CPR | AED Course
Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED Online is designed to prepare you to provide first aid, CPR, and use an automated external defibrillator (AED) in a safe, timely, and effective manner.
Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED is a video-based, instructor-led course that teaches students critical skills needed to respond to and manage an emergency until emergency medical services arrive. Skills covered in this course include first aid; choking relief in adults, children, and infants; and what to do for sudden cardiac arrest in adults, children, and infants.
This course teaches skills with the AHA’s research-proven practice-while-watching technique, which allows instructors to observe the students, provide feedback, and guide the students’ learning of skills.
- Adult, child and infant CPR and AED
- First aid basics scene safety, finding the problem and calling for help.
- Medical emergencies including choking breathing problems and shock.
- Environmental emergencies including actions for bites and stings, temperature-related and poison emergencies.
- Injury emergencies including bleeding, broken bones and burns.

Blended Learning courses combine the flexibility of online training with hands-on skills practice and testing with an AHA Instructor. They provide a flexible alternative to classroom training.
100% classroom training means students are with an AHA instructor for their entire learning experience.
