Where will my card come from?

All certification cards will come from American Heart directly or via an eCard.


Can a class be scheduled at my facility or an instructor come to me?

All classes are scheduled based on location, class size, discipline, and timeframe of class needs. Please contact Cheryl at support@acutecpr.com for specific arrangements.


Can a hosting facility purchase a group of bulk licenses for online and skills exam?

Yes. Credentialed facilities with 3 or more students and prior payment of the licenses. Contact Acute CPR for specific information.


Can you provide BLS courses for school systems within their facility?

Yes, the Basic Life Support course is structured for such an environment.


Daycare facilities – can sections of the CPR course be taken and scheduled.?

Yes. CPR is available in Adult | Child | Infant sections. It is recommended that a full course is taken.
